Accommodation Rates

Spa Room: Tastefully decorated Queen room with ensuite (including a deep spa bath). Rates include afternoon tea on arrival and full cooked breakfast.

Pelican Room: Tastefully decorated Queen room with ensuite. Rates include afternoon tea on arrival and full cooked breakfast.

Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. We would prefer this amount to be directly deposited into our account. However credit card payment can be arranged. Balance can be paid in cash on arrival or by direct deposit prior to arrival.

If you wish to pay the entire amount by credit card this will need to be done prior to arrival.

Cancellation:

1. If your booking is cancelled prior to 21 days a full refund will be given less 10% of the total booking amount.

2. If your booking is cancelled within 21 days and the property is re-booked a full refund is given less 10% of the total booking amount. If the property is not re-booked you will be refunded what you have paid less 25% of the total booking amount.

3. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of expected arrival, you will be charged for one night's accommodation.

4. No refunds are given for early departures.

5. 100% no cancellation policy during the Christmas School Holidays and all public holiday long weekends.
